How We Got Here

Our Story

Founded in 2001 by brothers Jacob and Abba Kloc, AirSeal Insulation Systems began with one truck and a mission to bring spray foam insulation to the New York market.

At the time, spray foam was still unfamiliar to many homeowners and building professionals in the tri-state area. Through persistence, education, and hands-on experience, AirSeal helped introduce the technology across the region and support the shift from traditional fiberglass to high-performance foam insulation.

Since then, AirSeal has grown into a full fleet operation with multiple locations, expanded product lines, and trusted industry partnerships.

Today, AirSeal remains a family company built on relationships, results, and a commitment to the communities we serve.

Jacob founded AirSeal in 2001 and has spent 25 years building it into the Tri-State's leading spray foam company. Profiled in business publications for his role bringing spray foam insulation to the NY Metro market, he remains personally involved in every major client relationship and continues to drive AirSeal's growth across the region.
